Baked Grouper

stick butter or margarine

freshly squeezed lemon juice from

. grouper fillets fresh or frozen

cup breadcrumbs

/ cup Parmesan

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

. Melt the butter or margarine in a baking pan. Pour lemon juice into butter or margarine and mix.

. Place the sea bass fillets in the pan coating one side with butter-lemon juice mixture turn and coat the other side.

. Spread bread crumbs over the fish.

. Bake at degrees for - minutes the fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Whether grilled or baked and grouper served on a bed of rice. Add lemon slices or sliced almonds for a special touch.
