Cook Steak - Cook Steak In Oven - You Don't Need A Grill Cook Book, This Is How You Grill A Steak!

Here s a good recipe for the marinade

cloves garlic peeled and mashed

Mix all ingredients place the steaks in a container and pour in the marinade steak turn it around put a lid on container and refrigerate for - hours.

Grilling steak ...

. Remove the steak from the container and let it sit for about an hour to the steak at room temperature or close to it.

. For gas grills hopefully you have a grill with two burners so high heat with one hand and the other layer. Carefully insert a large amount of vegetable oil or Pam spray to prevent sticking.
