Cook Steak In Oven - How to Cook a Steak - Tasty Recipes For Cooking Steak

Many historic ways on how to bake a steak. Here in the U.S. in everything from a stick over an open fire to cook a steak grilling steaks or roasting pan fry the steak in the oven regularly practiced. The heat is over or under such as fire indirect or peripheral.

Here in Florida the weather is a crap shoot. In the coming time we are approached by an old fashioned deluge accompanied by lightning wind and thunder that never stops. Because I do not cook and the grill umbrella will open in heaven we go inside for the party.

I decided to be the same for others

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator early enough so they are at room temperature when you cook them. NY Strips are so well-marbled flavor is not an issue

I have a great spice shop locally and make a beautiful Tuscan rub all seem to rub some peanut oil on steaks I used the spices and let sit.

So we have seasoned steaks to room temperature a cast iron skillet smoking away and two glasses of cabernet under our belt so it s time to cook our steaks.

I have steak on a hot plate with foil and let sit for about - minutes before serving. Easy huh The pan cooking a steak I like to use cast iron pans because they heat more efficiently. If you have a Teflon pan you will burn the coating to high heat and I do not like the taste of Teflon. But I have used aluminum stainless steel titanium and even pans with good results.

Grab a nice red wine maybe a little side Lea and Perrins some grilled or roasted vegetables and it is time to put your knowledge on how to enjoy a steak fry.
